De JVC DLA-RS500 wordt geleverd als Nederlands model en met een ISF-Kalibratieservice, bij aflevering en met een her-kalibratie op de 200, 600 en 1200 uur en tevens bij aankoop van een nieuwe lamp bij Mediasluis.
De JVC DLA-RS500 is het vlaggenschip en de professionele lijn van de JVC DLA-X7000 en heeft betere onderdelen.

Dit is een ongelooflijk mooie en zeer professionele echte filmprojector in een Referentieklasse en dat is te zien aan alles wat hij in huis heeft. Tevens een zeer betaalbare 4K oplossing via JVC's e-Shift 4 techniek. met HDR ( High Dynamic Range).
De HDMI 2.0 poorten maken ook gebruik van HDCP 2.2 en accepteerd ook gewoon 4K60P 4:4:4 materiaal.

Native zwart ligt op 120.000:1 dat is zonder Iris ongekend en door geen enkele projector te evenaren, en met de intelligente Iris gaat dit nog eens veel dieper en wel 1200.000:1.

Dit is een D-ILA systeem en heeft hierdoor vrijwel geen zichtbare pixelstructuur en een zeer realistische kleurweergave, wat door fotografen en videografen zeer gewild is en ISF-Gekalibreerd is hij ook nog eens ongelooflijk helder wat tevens voor 3D zeer handig is. en er prachtig uitziet met de optionele RF Transmitter en RF 3D brillen.

De Lens is van zeer hoge kwaliteit en het beeld hierdoor ongekend scherp. Deze lens werkt volledig automatisch, zowel Focus, Zoom, Lens Shift en de afscherming van de lens,... zeer professioneel.
Ook heeft deze projector Lens Memorie voor Focus, Zoom en Lens Shift om in elk formaat, 2.35, 1.85, 1.78 het volledige beeld te benutten en natuurlijk is er de mogelijkheid voor Anamorphic lens gebruik.
